This 1998 composition would be rendered unsound by the 1997 Dead Position rule, however that was only co-opted into the Codex in 1999! According to the current rules & conventions the game is already drawn prior to White's final move, so no solution.

So this historical composition is protected under the "Golden Age" mandate (see the keyword description). Even recent compositions, if they would be broken by the DP rule, can claim sanctuary in this now vanished age. Dummy Pawn is example of this.

And fortunately, there are 15(!) other sound apieces=3 compositions from the 1998 Wilts/Geissler series, so this one will hardly be missed.
