Apparently you may capture your own men, but there must be more to it, otherwise 3.Kxd5 would prevent the mates
Maybe it is just: You may only capture your own men (and the enemy king) (2016-02-24)
Adrian Storisteanu: Same issue of "The Problemist" says:
Free-capture (Reform, Kiev chess): either side may capture a unit (not K) of its own colour; e.g. in F1032 1.Rxc5+ or 1.Kxc5. (2016-02-24)
Adrian Storisteanu: Henrik, regarding your refutation -- there is a misprint in the diagram: a wBg2 is missing (6+10). (2016-02-24)
Henrik Juel: Thanks for useful info, Adrian (2016-02-24)
Erich Bartel: thanks for the tip,Adrian. My input mistake. I added the missing bishop g2. (2016-02-24)
