Henrik Juel: Something seems wrong here (diagram/stipulation?)
No solution (2019-10-08)
Arno Tüngler: Seems that it is a joke problem with the half move 1.hxg6 ep as key (bPg5 already removed) with 2.g7 and 3.g8=S#. Or just wPh7 and bPg5 missing in the diagram position... (2019-10-12)
Mario Richter: I have corrected position and stipulation, but the intention is still unclear to me.
In a) the ep-key is not justified, but at least in b) there is a correct solution ... (2019-10-12)
Henrik Juel: I think that Arno suggested +wPh7 also, Mario (and no twin) (2019-10-12)
Mario Richter: Henrik, I only changed the PDB-data to make it fit the original source, which has a black pawn g5 and the twinning now given in the stip, see
http://pzszach.pl/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/8-X-2019-1893-1898.pdf (2019-10-12)
Henrik Juel: No solutions, still (2019-10-12)
Mario Richter: For b), my program 'rawbats' claims: "Schwarz hat keinen legalen letzten Zug".
If we take this into account then there is a correct solution for b) and a questionable one for a):

a) 1. hxg6ep! c6,c5 2. g7 ... 3. g8=S#
b) 0. ... g4 1. Kf4! g3 2. Kg4 g2 3. Sg8# (2019-10-12)
Henrik Juel: Yes, now I see that b) is OK (2019-10-12)
