It certainly makes sense to label it as original PDB, and an alternative to the vv is P0004050v
The stipulation also makes sense; if you start with 'Color the men', you suggest that a unique coloring is possible from just the diagram, which is false, because the stipulation means something like 'Color the men such that the position can be reached in 15 moves, and find the proof game' (2020-01-05)
