Constructed by Pavitt as an example of how the change in the conversion rule for the British Chess Federation decided at the London Chess Congress (i.e. the possibility of UW into a "dummy pawn") also has implications for chess composition:
1. problems that were correct under the old rules may become incorrect (like this one).
2. since other chess federations have not adapted this rule, problems with UW must always indicate according to which rules to solve.
