Stereo Chess

A mixture of orthodox chess and spece chess. A standard 8x8 board is used, over whose central 4x4 square (c3--6) spans a 4x4x4 space with additional levels A-D. The starting position of the game is the orthodox one, which is why both white and black pawns can move up in space, but not down. White pawns can promote to a8..h8 and c6Q..f6Q, black pawns analogously to a1..h1 and c3Q..f6Q.
