Teppo Mänttä: 3rd Prize Pirkanmaa Chess Problem Club 30 JT 1997-1998/99. The award was published in Suomen Tehtäväniekat (n:o 5-6) 1998, 15/01/1999(!). The award by the judges Kauko Virtanen and Kari Valtonen is dated 29/12/1998. The theme: a twin is formed by making one change to the final (mate) position of a problem; the new problem has the same stipulation as the predecessor.
