SBD: The WB can be moved to h1 with a long bishop sweep, one solution.
However the BQ is something of a sham, unless there is some try play I am missing, which would not have been common in 1957, the BQ can also be a BR (with the WBh1). still C+. A BB on e6, still C+. All you need is proper dual avoidance between the piece performing the block on f5 and the block on e5.
An example FEN, just to be sure, with the Black bishop performing the block on f5:
7K/4p1R1/4b3/8/8/3kP3/8/7B b - - 0 1
Or from the diagram, -BQe5, +BBe6

Adrian Storisteanu: Nice cleanup, Yuri! I'd also set bPf4->f3 for an ideal mate (at the expense of a bit of a capture move)!? And, even bRh6->g6, so the bR already blocks the bK at the start, but it's just a wrong block (though a hint of things to come)... :-) (2021-06-13)

'DAZ'-Lösungsanalyse: "Den starken Drohungen des Schw. (Dxe8, Tb3-a3,h2-h1=D) kann Wß. nur durch starke Mattdrohungen begegnen. Als solche ergibt sich 1. Sd4-f5, was 2.
