Teppo Mänttä: Cooked by 1.La2!, 1.Lb3!. I suggest a correction: add a bl. Pawn b2 AND remove the black Knight a4. Then it is sound and there are three different model mates. (2021-07-31)

Mario Richter: The original source is available at the Problemist Website. Black pawn b2 is also missing there too. (2021-07-31)
A.Buchanan: Is the dual threat thematic? (2021-08-01)
Teppo Mänttä: The same two threats are in all versions that I know of. I am not sure if the threats have any thematic value. In the version with bl.Sa4 and bl.Pb2 (6+11) there are variations 1.--- Sb6,Sc3 2.Ld5 Sxd5 3.Lg5+ and 1.--- Sc5 2.Lg5+ Ke5 3.Dxh8+. (2021-08-01)

msterkowiec: There seems to be dual in this position:
1. Qb4 Be7 2. Qd2+ K:f6 3. Qh6x / 3.Ng4x 2... Re3 3. Ne4x
1... K:f6 2. Bh4+ Rg5 3. N:g4x
But also:
1. Ne4+ R:e4 2. Q:h1 K:f6 3. Qh4x
A possible fix involves moving bl.pawn d4 to h3 (or h2) - and adding wh.p.h6 to avoid dual in the third move (1. Qb4 Be7 2. Qd2+ K:f6 3. Qh6x / 3.Ng4x). Thus, the proposed position is 3b4/2p2pNK/p4P1P/4r1k1/2p3p1/3p1pBp/5N2/1Q5b
However this way, with additional wh.p.h6, mate 1. Qb4 K:f6 2. Bh4+ Rg5 3. N:g4x is no longer ideal (maybe a better correction would be possible?) (2024-04-09)

VL: The author could, e.g., prefer the position with black Queen as richer and more hidden for solution. (2021-02-12)
A.Buchanan: Hi Valery well dressing the board is a hypothesis. There is no try to compensate for loss of economy. Indeed here sD forms a distracting battery which “pins” sLd3. It’s all too easy to add this kind of “richness” (noise) to a problem but more is less in my humble opinion. Unless it was a thematic tourney or we are missing a twin, my top hypothesis is that the composer did very well without a computer to make a sound h#4, and it’s easy these days to see a minor improvement.
